Yakumo F&B Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Japanese and Cambodian investors, introducing Japanese water purification technology to Cambodia. We proudly produced Cambodia’s first natural mineral water, delivering safe, clean, and healthy hydration to communities, hospitals, and businesses.

Neam Kopy, CEO
Founder and CEO of Yakumo F&B Co., Ltd., Neam Kopy is a visionary leader passionate about sustainable food systems and agricultural innovation. With experience in exports, processing, Environment and farming, he drives the company’s strategy while staying deeply engaged in product development, farmer partnerships, and digital transformation. His commitment to transparency, quality, and community impact sets the tone for Yakumo’s mission.

Sasaki Koji,
Founder and Director
Mr. Sasaki Koji is a co-founder and Director of Yakumo F&B Co., Ltd., bringing a visionary approach to sustainable agriculture and food innovation in Cambodia. With decades of entrepreneurial experience, he currently serves as President of Mirarth Agri Tech Co., Ltd. (MAT) and President of Yoshiken Co., Ltd. in Japan — a trusted name in high-quality meat and food products. His leadership bridges Japan’s standards of quality with Cambodia’s agricultural potential, making him a key driving force behind Yakumo’s long-term vision for growth, sustainability, and international collaboration.

Khy Sophany, General Manager
With over 15 years of leadership at Yakumo F&B Co., Ltd., Sophany brings a wealth of international experience, business insight, and multilingual fluency. Holding an MBA from Kyoto University and a commerce degree from Hitotsubashi University, she drives business strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence. Her leadership has been key in expanding Yakumo’s product lines and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.

Vong Sophea, Accounting Manager
With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, Sophea Vong has been a key part of Yakumo F&B Co., Ltd. since 2017. A graduate of HRU (Class of 2012), she manages day-to-day financial operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports strategic decision-making with accurate reporting. Her previous experience in the tourism sector brings strong discipline and multi-industry insight to Yakumo’s finance team. .

Yim Savuth,
Agri-Environmental Manager
Savuth oversees Yakumo’s farm operations while supporting sustainability and environmental strategy. With 10+ years in environmental science and 6+ years in agriculture, he combines farm management with expertise in impact assessment, GIS, and climate-resilient practices.

Voey Noeun, Agri Manager
With over 15 years of experience in agribusiness, sales, and rural development, Mr. Voey Noeun leads Yakumo F&B’s agriculture operations across Cambodia. He holds a degree in Banking and Finance and brings deep expertise in farm management, product distribution, and community engagement. His strong leadership, field experience, and passion for empowering farmers have been instrumental in scaling Yakumo’s agricultural initiatives in Preah Vihear, Pursat, and beyond.

Nheak Samneang Reachsey
Executive Assistant to the CEO
With decades of experience in logistics, procurement, and operations management, Reachsey now serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Yakumo F&B. His leadership background with Angkor Hospital for Children and his expertise in compliance, shipping, and donor coordination make him a versatile support to executive-level planning and multi-sector collaboration across the company.

Ich Try,
Seed Center Manager & Agricultural Adviser
Ich Try manages the Ang Por Rice Seed Center and supports multiple Yakumo farms as an agricultural adviser. With a strong background in horticulture and hands-on training experience, he brings practical knowledge in sustainable farming, seed systems, and farmer capacity building.

Em Chamnab,
Sustainability & Environment Director
Educated in Japan with degrees in Applied and Industrial Chemistry, Mr. Chamnab Em brings over two decades of experience in engineering, eco-energy, and sustainable development. As Director of CES Co., Ltd. and a long-standing advisor to Yakumo F&B, he contributes technical insight, clean technology expertise, and strategic leadership across environmental and industrial initiatives.
